Human Resource Department plays a vital role in the healthcare workforce in ensuring the better delivery of healthcare services. The purpose of HR Department at THQ Hospital Sadiqabad is to provide a well-trained, skilled and supported health workforce to contribute towards highest level of health. We at THQ Hospital Sadiqabad are dealing with more than 200 workforce consisting of Doctors Nurses, Allied Health professionals, Paramedics, janitorial and security staff. HR department is headed by Mr. Syed Sadaqat Ali.

Services​

Enlisted below are the services provided by the HR Department:

    • Issuance of Transfer/Postings orders within hospital
    • Taking of joining from new incumbents and charge relieving orders of relinquishing officials 
    • File maintenance of all employees of hospital
    • Record of fall enquires of employees of hospital
    • Leave record of employees
    • Develop and Implement HR strategic & operational plans as determined by the MS
    • Review and update HR policies and procedures and oversee implementation and compliance there of
    • Maintains daily attendance, issuance of monthly Duty rosters & special duty rosters of Eid, Mahram etc. of all staff in hospital and adjustment of officials on duty during leave of concerned employee
    • Litigation/ legal issues of hospital ( shall ensure all court cases are well attended and all legal matters of hospitals are taken care of)
    • All the legal issue/litigations related to contracts / procurement and outsourced services shall be taken care of
    • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee’s work results
    • Supervisors/coach/ discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee’s grievances; counselling employees and supervisors
    • Ensure legal compliance/monitoring and implementing human resource related laws rules, regulations both federal and provincial; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearing in different counts of law
    • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
    • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
    • Any other professional duties/tasks assigned by MS/AMS HR & Finance/P&SHD
